Here is a step by step tutorial on how to install your The Core WordPress theme:
- Download the theme .zip file from your ThemeFuse account (or Envato account if you've purchased the theme from ThemeForest.
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard (Ex: http://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin).
- Go to Appearance > Themes.
- On the next page, click the Add New button and then Upload Theme.
- Choose the downloaded the-core-parent.zip and press the Install Now button.
- In the next screen, click on the Activate link.
- With the theme's name selected in the sidebar click on the Download & Install Now button.
- Install the Unyson Plugin. Your theme is built on the Unyson Framework so this plugin is necessary in order for you to benefit from all the functionalities we've built into the theme.
- After the installation press the Activate Plugin button.
- The plugin will automatically detect the necessary Extensions to be activated for your theme, click the Yes, Install these extensions button.
- Done.
